||
|
Hello Good People of Limehouse, Please see below a brief update on recent incidents and community concerns reported across the ward, along with ongoing work by your local team.
Anti-Social Behaviour / Vehicle ASB We have received reports of vehicle-related anti-social behaviour on Milligan Street, and ASB warning letters have been issued to the registered keepers of vehicles involved. Further reports of vehicle ASB have also been received in the Island Row (E14) area, which officers are actively monitoring.
Anti-Social Behaviour / Drug Use We continue to receive reports of drug-related anti-social behaviour at Three Colt Street, including individuals smoking cannabis and causing concern to residents. There have also been further reports of drug use in St Anne’s Church on Three Colt Street, with officers continuing patrols in the area.
Public Space Concerns There have been reports of individuals sheltering at Ropemakers Field, which has been raised by residents as a concern. Officers are aware and will continue to monitor the area alongside partner agencies where appropriate.
Community Engagement We held a Walk and Talk session at Ropemakers Field on Tuesday 28th April, which gave residents the opportunity to speak directly with officers about local issues and concerns. Thank you to everyone who attended and took the time to engage with us your feedback is valuable in helping shape our local priorities.
Police Activity Your Limehouse Safer Neighbourhood Team continue to carry out high-visibility patrols across the ward, focusing on areas identified for anti-social behaviour, drug use, and vehicle-related issues. We will continue to respond to concerns raised by residents and take appropriate action where offences are identified.
General Advice • Report vehicle-related anti-social behaviour as soon as it occurs.
Until Next Update A further update will follow next week. As we approach the Bank Holiday Monday, we hope residents are able to enjoy the long weekend safely and responsibly.
